Job summary

NEP Group, Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfillment / Shop Technician in Van Nuys, CA to handle the day-to-day order processing, shipping, and gear deliveries.

You will manage inbound/outbound orders, coordinate with vendors, and assist with loading and unloading equipment using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts. The role requires a valid driver’s license and will involve driving gear to clients and returning equipment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar warehouse/fulfillment environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; able to operate 26-foot box trucks.
• Experience in a large warehouse or field shop.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to operate company vehicles (van and 16’–24' box truck).
• Able to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of R2 software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day order fulfillment, inbound and outbound orders.
• Create shipping arrangements for orders leaving the buildings with vendors (SOS, FedEx, UPS).
• Assist with loading/unloading gear using hand truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Create accurate R2 documentation for equipment leaving the building.
• Coordinate outbound logistics including scheduling, transit time, pricing, and vehicle type.
• Deliver equipment to clients, sub-vendors, and shippers.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
