A Day in the Life

As a Field Services Technician, you will provide expert installation and service of cutting-edge technology. You’ll have the opportunity to maximize your earnings by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity, offering peace of mind.

Who We’re Looking For

Our team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We invest in training and support, welcoming experienced technicians, sales professionals seeking a change, or motivated, coachable individuals.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience (car, retail, insurance, B2C, call center)
• Field technician experience (cable, internet, pest control, lawn, construction, solar)
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to work well independently and in a team

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and confined spaces
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
