A Day in the Life:

As a Field Services Technician, you’ll install and service cutting-edge technology, providing expert-level support. You will have opportunities to maximize earnings by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on your honesty and integrity to offer solutions that provide peace of mind.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience (car sales, retail, insurance, B2C, call centers)
• Field technician experience (cable, internet, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar)
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Physical demands of the job:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and confined spaces
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
