Position Overview

We are expanding our Field Services Technician team and are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and coachable individuals with a knack for technology and sales.

Daily Responsibilities

As a Field Services Technician, you will install and service cutting-edge technology, maximizing your earning potential through service and installation appointments. Customers will rely on your honesty and integrity to provide peace of mind.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. Comprehensive training and support are provided. In Washington, a valid EL06 license is required.

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience (e.g., retail, insurance, B2C, call centers)
• Field technician experience (e.g., cable, internet, pest control, solar)
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to work independently and in teams

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and confined spaces
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

Safety and Compensation

Safety is a priority; technicians will conduct home safety analyses. The hourly wage ranges from $33.25 to $44.75, depending on experience and location. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and flexible spending accounts.
