Job summary

Three Notch Group is seeking a Field Services Technician to support UST, environmental, and geotechnical projects in field settings. You’ll perform drill-rig operations, monitor-well installations, and groundwater sampling as part of a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, equipment operation, travel, and safety compliance, with opportunities for certifications and professional growth within diverse field disciplines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL preferred or obtainable within six months.
• Willingness to travel overnight regularly.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and field equipment.
• Ability to operate skid-steer and construction-related equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally with clients and contractors.
• Operate drill-rig equipment and monitor-well installations.
• Conduct groundwater sampling under supervision.
• Support field‑testing and environmental projects.
• Transport equipment, vehicles, and supplies to sites.
• Document field activities and communicate findings to the team.
• Maintain safety procedures and project timelines.
• Travel to project sites; work extended hours as needed.
