Job summary

URBAN CONSULTING LLC is seeking a reliable Field Services Technician to join our team. This role travels to residential and commercial properties to perform maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable using lawn mowers, hand tools, and power tools. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive a truck with trailer are required, with flexible hours including

Experience: Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform debris removal, grass cutting, and hazard removal at various properties.
Remove damaged or unsafe items and replace locks as needed.
Execute occasional roof and gutter cleaning, as well as tarping to protect properties.
Carry out general property maintenance tasks to ensure safety and occupancy readiness.
Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
