Job summary

Carolina Sweepers is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our growing team in a full-time role in Charlotte, NC. The position involves outdoor maintenance across commercial properties, with a schedule typically Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Expect field work, minor repairs, sign installation, inspections, and safety-focused operations. This hands-on role requires problem-solving, adaptability, and a willingness to work outside in all weather conditions, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience preferred, but not required.
• Active driver license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessary.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
• Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash.
• Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same. Field work independently or with a team to keep properties in top shape.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.).
• Install and service property signs.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Pressure washing.
• Welding (if qualified).
• Safely operate a company vehicle and equipment.
• Use mobile apps and complete daily reports.
• Manage company tools and credit card with care.

This position is perfect with a range of backgrounds such as; General laborer, Handyman, Maintenance tech, Electrical, Plumbing, Asphalt, Concrete, Welding, Construction ex. experience is a plus.
