Job summary

Carolina Sweepers is seeking a Field Services Technician to join our growing team in Belmont, North Carolina. The role is full-time, outdoors, and involves hands-on maintenance, repairs, inspections, and pressure washing.

You’ll work independently or with a small team, handle company tools, drive a company vehicle, and report via mobile apps. Candidates should be able to lift 100 lbs and work in all weather; some overtime or weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Active driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more.
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Availability to work early/late and/or on weekends as necessary.
• Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm.
• 2 years of experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same. Fieldwork independently or with a team to keep properties in top shape.
• Performing minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)
• Installing and servicing property signs
• Conducting routine property inspections
• Pressure washing
• Welding (if qualified)
• Safely operating a company vehicle and equipment
• Using mobile apps and completing daily reports
• Managing company tools and credit card with care

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

• Ability to lift 100 lbs or more
• Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trash
• Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm

This position is perfect with a range of backgrounds such as; General laborer, Handyman, Maintenance tech, Electrical, Plumbing, Asphalt, Concrete, Welding, Construction ex. experience is a plus.
