What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Oversee rig operations to support Field Services at rig sites, guiding troubleshooting actions and monitoring multiple jobs
  2. Ensure accurate data entry and validation in the online platform, proactively identifying and resolving anomalies
  3. Verify pre-job checklists and conduct connectivity tests to ensure platform functionality
  4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve concerns and enhance operational efficiency
  5. Propose enhancements to communication and operational protocols based on observations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in field services (casing and torque turn)
  2. Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or a related field from a four-year college is desirable
  3. Fundamental understanding of well construction operations, including pipe running and rig systems
  4. Proficiency in data entry and the use of web-based platforms
  5. Strong analytical, prioritization, and teamwork abilities; exceptional written and verbal communication skills
