Job summary

Bay West is seeking a Field Services Manager (FSM) in Saint Paul, MN, to lead field operations and support Industrial Services and Emergency Response projects. You will mentor field technicians, manage resources, and act as Site Supervisor on projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus strong technical writing and safety training capabilities. HAZWOPER certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, biology, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical writing and data analysis/management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train entry-level staff.
• Current or able to obtain HAZWOPER training with refreshers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle with towing ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff, equipment, and sub-contractors with safety and budget as priorities.
• Lead Emergency Response operations and onsite project management.
• Prepare Site Safety and Health Plans, IAPs, field logs and reports with accuracy.
