Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Field Solutions Manager to lead and support its Field Solutions operations, ensuring safe, compliant execution of hazardous waste and high-risk services. You will oversee operational performance, budgeting, planning, and OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance across multiple service lines, driving excellence and profitable growth.

The role requires 4–5 years of relevant field service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4-5 years of relevant field services experience.
• Experience in waste or environmental solutions preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train Field Solutions department in day-to-day operations with regulatory compliance.
• Analyze budgets, sales, and performance data to drive cost reductions and improvements.
• Act as liaison to internal and external customers.
• Handle and coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous materials per USEPA and DOT rules.
• Oversee end-to-end job process: quotes, scheduling, labor/equipment coordination, invoicing, completion.
• Coach and mentor staff to develop department growth.
• Foster relationships with customers, sales, Lab Pack, Transportation, and facilities.
• Maintain a strong safety record and promote safe practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the role

Job Description

The Field Solutions Manageris responsible forsupporting and leading the Field Solutions operations by ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of hazardous waste and high-risk service activities. Accountable for operational oversight, financial performance monitoring, business planning, and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations while driving operational excellence, safety, and profitable growth across multiple service lines.

PositionResponsibilities

• Manage and train Field Solutions department in day-to-day operations,in accordance withRCRA, DOT, and OSHA compliance regulations.
• Analyze facility budget requests, sales, and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement whileidentifyingareas in which cost reductions and program improvements can be made.
• Act as a liaison and serve as a representative toReworldinternal and external customers.
• Execute the handling and generation of all required federal documents, recognition of compatibility and transport of hazardous and non-hazardous materials from a variety of industrial and non-industrial customers, allin accordance withUSEPA and DOT regulations.
• Supervise end-to-end process of jobs: efficient andtimelyquote preparation for customers, job scheduling, labor and equipment coordination, invoice management, and execution through successful completion.
• Successfully manage employee performance while mentoring and guiding the overall growth of the department.
• Build and foster key multifaceted relationships with customers, sales representatives, Lab Pack & Transportation departments, andReworldfacilities to ensure strong company performance.
• Maintain a clean safetytrack recordwhile promoting department-wide safe work practices and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GEDrequired.
• Minimum of4-5years ofrelevant experience.
• Previousexperience infield services, waste, or environmental solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointand Outlook.
• Ability to analyze information and suggest improvements.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inenvironmental science,business administration, or related field.

Physical Demands of the Role

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb
• Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
• Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
• Consistently work in various weather conditions

Pay Transparency

The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.

The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $91,200.00 - $121,400.00 USD per annum
