Job summary

GeoSearch is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to lead diverse field teams including Ground Survey Technicians, UAS Pilots, and GPR Technicians. You will plan and coordinate field operations, manage equipment readiness, and ensure data collection meets safety and quality standards across active projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with project management, and the ability to travel for field assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field operations across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to hire, onboard, and train field staff.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with field equipment including GPS/GNSS, UAS, cameras, and GPR.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse field team including Field Technicians, UAS Pilots, and GPR Technicians.
• Plan, organize, and schedule field activities to meet project requirements and budgets.
• Ensure accurate data capture using field equipment and enforce standard collection procedures.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues related to conditions, equipment, and staffing.
• Maintain field safety, regulatory compliance, and incident reporting.
