Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Robotics Field Engineer / Robotics Field Technician

Are you passionate about cutting-edge robotic automation? We’re looking for a skilled Robotics Field Engineer / Robotics Field Technician to play a key role in maintaining and optimizing advanced robotic systems across various manufacturing environments.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you’ll work with a diverse range of robotic equipment, performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance to ensure seamless operation. You’ll diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide detailed service reports, and collaborate with engineers and technicians to enhance performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and repair robotic automation systems at customer sites
• Systematically diagnose issues and apply effective resolutions
• Ensure high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations
• Provide detailed reports, including root cause analysis (RCA)
• Lead RCA activities and mentor junior technicians as needed
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance standards

What You Bring

• 2+ years of field service experience with robotics
• Experience with multi-axis (5 or 6) based Robots
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (primarily local with occasional overnight stays)
• Flexible schedule to support production needs
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local travel (mileage reimbursement provided)
