We’re seeking a Structures Scheduler / Field Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Fargo. This field-based role supports the Superintendent, engineering team, and Project Construction Manager in both field operations and project administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-construction planning and drawing interpretation
• Review specifications and subcontractor scopes of work
• Track quantities, verify invoices, and manage cost codes
• Maintain project documentation: RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, as-builts
• Support scheduling using MS Project and Primavera P6
• Conduct quality checks and assist with safety compliance
• Capture weekly site photos and participate in project status meetings
• Support close-out activities and change order processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• 0–3 years of construction field experience (internships count!)
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6
• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD preferred
• Familiarity with Procore, Fieldwire, or similar project software
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Must be able to relocate to Fargo, ND
