Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar or related job, with a managerial background.
• Millwright and/or welding experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, customer requests, and industrial estimations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Basic math skills for calculating data and solving practical problems.
• Physical and mental ability to gather and interpret data related to specifications, customer and engineering requirements, and manufacturing operations.
• High interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Position Summary

Must work up to 12 hours per day, variable shifts, and travel 75% of the time nationwide. Will be based near facilities in AL, PA, UT, or FL.

Safety & Physical Requirements

• Obtain DOT medical card and wear a respirator.
• Be able to hear safety alarms, climb a ladder, lift 50 pounds, and wear safety boots.
