Clean Harbors in Springfield, MO is seeking a Field Services Branch Manager to manage overall branch operations, ensuring safe, cost effective, and efficient day-to-day management, as well as providing direction, growth and ensuring the success of the Company and its Employees. Having a strong sales aptitude is an asset, this role is responsible to drive revenue growth, and quoting.

Formación

• Experience creating and understanding budgets including analysis and creation.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor in a team.
• A team player who can lead collaboratively and support staff.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and enforce safe work practices.
• Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area.
• Communicate required report information to relevant departments.
• Review operational reports for problems, customer concerns, and safety/regulatory issues.
• Monitor branch performance with focus on safety and environmental matters.
• Provide leadership and maintain a secure, respectful team environment.
• Ensure staff comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Lead field visits to inspect equipment and working conditions.
• Work with District Manager to monitor safety stats and reporting procedures.
• Aggressively market services and pursue growth opportunities with customers.
• Prepare annual budget with capital expenditures and cost controls.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing for cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Perform annual performance reviews and develop niche markets.
• Identify potential growth opportunities for the company.
• Lead weekly information-sharing meetings and coordinate tasks.
• Assist with compensation, training, and bonuses recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles per DOT and regulatory requirements.
