Job summary

SLB is seeking a Field Specialist Trainee responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The role involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, implementing standard work, and managing risk during service delivery.

You will ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time, participate in risk analyses, and develop customer contacts to promote SLB’s products and services while adhering to HSE policies and required safety training.

Qualifications

• Prior experience related to the job role is preferred.
• Ability to wear PPE and follow HSE policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery from PSD to customers.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
