North American Substation Services (NASS) is seeking a Field Service Test Technician to lead substation testing projects and support training of entry-level technicians. The role emphasizes safety, problem solving, and hands-on testing of electrical equipment across various sites in the United States.
The technician will install, test, and maintain electrical apparatus, analyze results, and write reports while traveling to client sites as required, including nights and weekends.

Position Details:
This position is responsible for substation testing and assist with overseeing testing projects, training, evaluating, and mentoring entry level test technicians as well as reviewing substation test results as well as analyzing and advising test data collection activities.
Work Environment:
Outdoor work in varying conditions; exposure to electrical hazards, moving equipment, and high‑voltage systems. Safety training and PPE provided.
