Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to deliver operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across diverse industries. You will work with technologies including filtration, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, EDI, and UF.

The role requires independent work, strong mechanical problem-solving abilities, and the ability to train customers on system operation and maintenance. Travel within the region is required, with comprehensive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or international equivalent plus 2+ years' service/maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bachelor's/Associate's in Science/Engineering or instrumentation certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork; provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; ensure adequate supply of replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (e.g., turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC) and other site-specific tests.
• Review customer plant installations and compare against reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, GA).
• Other duties as assigned.
