Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs at customer sites. This role involves operating service vehicles, maintaining tools and equipment, and responding to emergency calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with water/wastewater treatment equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site equipment and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on water/wastewater treatment equipment at customer sites.
• Schedule and plan service calls and maintain accurate maintenance records; document completed work and recommendations.
• Respond to emergency service calls and be available for after-hours, weekend and on-call shifts as required.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members; provide recommendations to improve equipment efficiency.
