Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair filtration and beverage equipment across customer sites. You will drive to locations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality service with safety and professionalism.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift 70+ lbs. Training is provided; expect a company vehicle, mobile devices for reporting, and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing equipment.
• Valid, active driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and climb ladders.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water filtration equipment and related appliances.
• Drive to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and service equipment.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain a safe work environment.
• Document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and logs.
