The Field Service Technician at Culligan Quench installs, maintains, and repairs water filtration and beverage equipment at customer sites. You will drive a company vehicle, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure safety and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools or equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace water filters, sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Follow safety policies and site procedures.
• Maintain company vehicle mileage and maintenance logs.
• Safely transport and operate equipment and tools.
• Document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
• Provide professional and timely customer service at each site visit.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
