Culligan Quench in Portland, OR is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair water equipment at customer sites. This role requires mechanical aptitude, strong customer service, and safe operation of company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools/repair equipment.
• Experience driving and navigating routes with GPS or maps.
• Customer-service oriented with professional demeanor.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.
• Basic computer skills to log service work and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to install, troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace water filters, sanitize tanks, replace UV bulbs, and clean lines.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions and safety concerns.
• Follow safety policies and site procedures at all times.
• Maintain the company vehicle per policy and keep logs up to date.
• Safely transport and operate equipment and tools during service calls.
• Document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
• Provide professional and timely customer service at each site visit.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
