Job summary

Culligan Quench in Solon, OH is hiring a Field Service Technician. You will install, maintain, and repair water filtration systems, ice machines, and related equipment at customer sites. This role is customer-facing and requires a professional demeanor and hands-on technical skill.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair experience.
• Experience driving and navigating routes; familiar with GPS.
• Professional, service-minded demeanor with good communication.
• Valid, active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair water filtration equipment at customer sites.
• Drive company vehicle and follow safety and site procedures.
• Replace filters, sanitize tanks, and maintain equipment.
• Document work with tablet or mobile device.
• Provide courteous customer service at each visit.
• Maintain attendance and vehicle logs.
