Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with tools or repair experience.
• Valid, active driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school preferred.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs and climb ladders.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to record service and communicate with team.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Routinely replace water filters, sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear water lines.
• Inspect equipment for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns.
• Document service work using a tablet or mobile device.
• Provide professional and timely customer service at each site visit.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
