Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a full-time Service Technician in Butler, PA. The role involves installing and maintaining vending and merchandising equipment, educating clients, and handling routine repairs within an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and make repairs on equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with customers and team.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required) and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install new equipment at client locations within designated area.
• Educate clients on how to operate new equipment.
• Execute minor vending equipment repairs.
• Remove outdated and unused equipment.
• Test vending equipment for proper function.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on vending/merchandising equipment.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Order parts needed to complete repairs.
• Fix vending machines and kiosks within assigned territory.
• Assist with installation of machines and routes.
