Auto-Chlor is a national leader in service for the restaurant and hospitality industries. The Field Service Technician position is an on-site role offering comprehensive training and a competitive pay range of $65,000–$80,000 total compensation per year.

You will troubleshoot dish machine operations, deliver and pick up chemicals, train customers on usage, and provide on-call service while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving history.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role.
• Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations.
• Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Provide emergency on-call service.
• Deliver and pick up chemicals.
• Collect payments and follow up on accounts.
• Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns.
• Train customers on product usage and safety.
• Negotiate service renewals and pricing.
