Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is actively seeking Field Service Technicians to support manufacturers in the Spring Lake region of Michigan. Working across Ottawa County, roles emphasize field service on industrial equipment with travel within a defined radius.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and diagrams, documenting service activity, training customer staff, coordinating parts, and ensuring safety and maintenance on site.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and coworkers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate preferred.
• Two or more years servicing industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver license and willingness to travel frequently.

• Associate degree in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.
