Field Service Technician - Specialty Rental - San Antonio/Austin, TX

Join our team as a Field Service Technician supporting Atlas Copco Rental's growth in the oil-free air rental business across North America. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in the field, supporting our mission for sustainable innovations in various industries including electronics, medical, energy, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the equipment fleet in the field.
2. Repair equipment at customer sites and in the field.
3. Perform preventative maintenance throughout the territory.
4. Develop and optimize maintenance routines and processes.
5. Document all work performed daily using company-provided hardware and software.

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience as a field service mechanic in an industrial setting.
• Electromechanical degree or equivalent training.
• Experience with maintenance, overhaul, and repair of industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments with temperature extremes, including walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
