Your Role

Your mission is to maintain and repair equipment in the field, supporting Atlas Copco Rental's growth as the leader in oil-free air rental business in North America.

As a Field Service Technician, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the fleet in the field
• Repairing equipment at customer locations
• Performing preventative maintenance across the territory
• Developing and optimizing efficient processes and routines
• Contributing to business success metrics
• Documenting all work performed daily using company hardware and software

Qualifications include:

• 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial field service mechanic
• Electromechanical degree or training
• Proven expertise in maintaining, overhauling, and repairing industrial equipment (electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics)
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus
• High energy levels
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments with temperature extremes, including walking, standing, reaching, bending, and kneeling

Job Location

Based in Elkton, MD, with travel to customer sites within the region. The role is hybrid, with flexible days at the office.
