Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial field service or related electrical/mechanical experience.
• Strong knowledge of electric motors, VFDs, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems.
• Excellent electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• The ability to work independently while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial motors, VFDs, drives, and control systems.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical failures using industry-standard diagnostic equipment and software.
• Performing equipment startups, preventive maintenance, warranty repairs, and emergency service calls.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Providing customers with clear repair recommendations and technical findings.
• Maintaining service documentation, time reporting, and inventory for the company-provided service vehicle.
• Participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
• Promoting a safe, professional, and customer-focused work environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Industrial Field Service Technician, you’ll serve as a trusted technical expert for our customers by:

• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical failures using industry‑standard diagnostic equipment and software
• Performing equipment startups, preventive maintenance, warranty repairs, and emergency service calls
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Providing customers with clear repair recommendations and technical findings
• Maintaining accurate service documentation, time reporting, and inventory for your company‑provided service vehicle
• Participating in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule
• Promoting a safe, professional, and customer‑focused work environment

Occasional overnight travel and weekend work are required.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of industrial field service or related electrical/mechanical experience
• Strong knowledge of electric motors, VFDs, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems
• Excellent electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• The ability to work independently while providing outstanding customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Medium Voltage experience
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License
• Welding and fabrication experience
