Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician (100%) to perform and train on major component replacements and repairs across the Invenergy fleet. You will travel 4 weeks out, returning home for a week off, and operate in various states including Texas.

The role requires at least 1 year of technical experience, a high school diploma, and ability to work outdoors in inclement weather. Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year technical experience (mechanical, electrical, etc).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather; climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively represent Invenergy and the Field Service Group to internal and external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults across multiple equipment platforms.
• Train site personnel in operations activities including Safety and Preventative Maintenance.
• Lead teams to perform major component replacements and repairs on multiple equipment platforms.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.
• Understand electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions of multiple equipment platforms.
• Complete daily and monthly reporting requirements.
• Write and revise procedures for component replacements.
• Ensure all activities are performed safely per Invenergy policies.
• Rotational 4-week travel with one week at home.
