Job summary

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking Field Service Technicians for the San Jose/Los Angeles, CA area (Remote / Field-Based). The role offers a compensation range of $29.24 to $38.29 per hour plus up to 10% annual bonus, with travel up to 75% and a monthly car allowance.

Remote opportunity based in Greater Los Angeles area, with regional office check-ins. Responsibilities include high-level technical support for industrial machinery, on-site service, commissioning, maintenance, and cost

Qualifications

This role requires a High School diploma or GED and 2–5 years of hands-on field service experience.
Candidates must read blueprints and electrical schematics.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level technical support for complex industrial machinery via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Perform installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency service calls.
Estimate repair costs, generate service documentation, and train field end-users.
