A leading technology provider is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair advanced automatic door systems. Candidates should have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a high school diploma, and preferably technical certifications. This role involves working independently in diverse environments, including hospitals. The position requires excellent communication abilities to maintain customer relationships and provide safety guidance. Travel to customer sites will be necessary to ensure that patient care is upheld.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Extensive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automatic doors and linear motion systems preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on automatic door systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electronic issues.
• Install, align, and calibrate automatic door systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Prepare detailed service reports.
