You will diagnose issues, communicate clearly with customers, and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring accurate data entry and product knowledge.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, completion of Residential Pro and Master academies, and a valid driver’s license.

To view positions currently available at Kinetico, click the button below.# **Job Description:****Purpose:** The Field Service Technician II is responsible for the installation, service, preventive maintenance, diagnostic repair, removal, and selling of Kinetico water softeners and drinking water systems for Kinetico’s residential customers.**Key Areas of Responsibilities:**Executes all processes and procedures related to product installations, utilizing various software tools and mechanical devices to record data. Manages the customer relationship by effectively explaining the installation, repair, or replacement work being performed. Provides professional technical service and repair work at customer locations. Identifies and converts sales opportunities for add-on products and services. Executes all documentation required for the customer, and for corporate record and data management. Ensures that payment terms have been complied with prior to service work being performed. Collaborates with Field Service Technician team on best practices and areas to improve installations and service.
