Job summary

Blue Line Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician. The role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining enforcement hardware at customer sites nationwide, with frequent overnight travel. You will work both in the field and with in-house teams to ensure optimal performance of traffic safety solutions.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in electronics or field service, and a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronics, mechanical assembly, or field service.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable using small hand tools, power tools, ladders, and testing equipment.
• Experience with basic networking and hardware configuration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and service public safety enforcement systems including cameras and wiring.
• Perform on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Use test equipment and schematics to diagnose malfunctions and correct issues.
• Assemble wiring/components following prints and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment.
• Complete documentation and reports for service visits.
