Qualifications
- Broad hands-on pool, landscape or construction experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with irrigation, landscaping, pavers/hardscape and general repairs.
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Complete punch-list, warranty and project closeout work
- Troubleshoot and solve field problems
- Perform minor irrigation, landscape, paver and hardscape repairs
- Handle miscellaneous repairs and finish work on pool and landscape projects
- Plant or replace trees, shrubs and landscape materials
- Complete jobsite cleanup and final-detail work
- Work independently and occasionally direct a helper when needed
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and our internal team
