Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 3+ years in pool service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead pool service operations and ensure on-time, high-quality service delivery.
• Train and onboard technicians through field instruction and coaching.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance across routes.
• Monitor performance, address escalations, and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate inventory of chemicals, tools, and truck stock.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to align expectations.
• Provide quotes and recommendations for service improvements.
• Support route coverage and minimize missed service.
