Job summary

CoverSafe is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair automatic pool cover systems at residential and commercial sites. You will work independently with hands-on training, advancing through a clear Fast Track Technician Program.

You’ll receive paid training, a company vehicle, tools, and benefits, with opportunities to increase earnings through overtime, commissions, and bonuses. Long-term career growth is available.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined individuals with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to troubleshooting.
• Comfort with hands-on work and completing tasks from start to finish.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and stay productive in field settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and installations of automatic pool cover systems.
• Service both residential and commercial properties with a focus on quality and safety.
• Travel to job sites, operate and calibrate equipment, and document service activity.
