Job summary

SPATCO is seeking experienced service technicians in Jacksonville, FL to troubleshoot, repair and install petroleum equipment. You will work alongside branch managers, dispatchers and other technicians, with ongoing training and certifications to advance your career.

Requirements include 2+ years in gasoline dispensing unit repair, dispenser certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining gasoline dispensing units.
• Hold valid dispenser certification(s) and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel locally and lift 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair gasoline dispensing units (Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne, Gasboy, Bennett).
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic POS systems (VeriFone, Gilbarco, NCR).
• Install, program and test new petroleum equipment.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required.
• Perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance to fueling systems.
• Communicate with customers and explain technical issues clearly.
