The program offers 100% paid hands-on training, competitive earnings, and a clear path for career advancement. Starting pay is $52,500 to $62,500 per year, with overtime, commissions, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical experience in related trade.
• Experience using tools and repairing mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair and install automatic pool cover systems.
• Operate and service equipment in the field.
• Provide consistent, high-quality service and customer communication.
