Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions United States seeks an experienced Field Service Technician to install and service Automatic Lubrication Systems on trucks, trailers, and on/off-road construction equipment in Washington, USA.

You will perform installations and maintenance tasks at customer locations, including crawling, kneeling, climbing, twisting, bending, and lifting, while keeping areas clean and organized and completing required paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical knowledge and ability to perform installations and service work.
• Experience with welding and fabrication is preferred.

Groeneveld Lubrication Solutions United States is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install and service Automatic Lubrication Systems on trucks, trailers, and on/off-road construction equipment in Washington, USA.

In this role you will perform installations and maintenance tasks at customer locations, including crawling, kneeling, climbing, twisting, bending, and lifting. You will keep the work area clean and organized, maintain tools and service vehicle, train customers when necessary, and complete required paperwork accurately and punctually.

Occasional overnight travel is required, primarily within regional areas and occasionally across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completion of product installations and service work at customer/assigned locations including crawling, kneeling, climbing, twisting, bending and lifting.
• Maintenance of a clean, organized work area while performing installations and service work.
• Maintenance of installation tools and equipment, in addition to the provided service vehicle.
• Training of customers as necessary while at installation location.
• Completion of required paperwork accurately and punctually, such as work orders and feedback from installations.

Qualifications

• Proven Mechanical Knowledge
• Self-starting hard worker who takes pride in performing quality workmanship
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic familiarity
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with little to no direct supervision
• A valid driver’s license and clean abstract
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to travel overnight for up to 2 weeks at a time

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $26 to $32 an hour, commensurate with experience and education. This full-time position is eligible to participate in the company’s paid time off plan, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
