Ideal candidates will have field service experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. A valid driver''s license and clear driving record are required, with opportunities for growth and training within our supportive company

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field service, technical repair, or a related hands-on role.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, or systems troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize customer downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, findings, and completed work.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and field documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to prioritize and schedule service calls.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
