Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver service and customer support for Solaris equipment at oil and gas sites across the United States. You will travel daily to customer locations to provide in-field support, training, and maintenance to ensure reliable operation of our equipment.

You will serve as the primary field contact, perform inspections, respond to service requests, and document service activity for management review.

• Experience in Field Operations and rigging systems.

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of computer-based programs.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; communicate with coworkers, managers, and customers.

• Able to adapt to last minute changes and priorities.
• Provide detailed and complete reports and data efficiently.
• Electronic technician experience, 2 years preferred.
• Oilfield-related field service experience, 2 years preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair all equipment and basic electronic control systems.
• Conduct onsite training for customers operating Solaris equipment and controls.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment and visit customers to ensure service quality.
• Respond quickly to service requests and troubleshoot/repair as required.
• Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to stakeholders.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule.
• Log all services and report progress to management via Solaris reporting system.
• Utilize and store all equipment safely and properly.
