Job summary

NOV is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their MD Totco group in Odessa, Texas. This full-time role features a 14/14 rotation with heavy travel, hands-on work with advanced equipment, and a focus on customer satisfaction. You will work independently in the field and support oil and gas customers at various sites.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, reliable, and capable of handling long workdays with 12+ hours. Travel up to 75% and being on call are part of the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA Degree or 2+ years of technical experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel over 75% of the time.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off.
• Capable of working 12+ hours daily during scheduled work period.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of oil and gas field components, including software and hardware.
• Willingness to be on call and respond to urgent customer requests.
• Must pass background, driving record, drug, and physical checks.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities
