POWERX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 1) to support testing, maintenance, and basic measurements on power systems. You will assist senior technicians with test equipment setup and removal, perform basic measurements, record data, and help ensure safety and quality in every task.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), basic electrical theory knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong customer service skills.

Actual pay depends on factors such as work location and market, skills, education, experience, and other job‑related qualifications. Beyond base pay, POWERX offers a full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off and leave benefits. Eligible roles may include additional compensation such as bonuses or incentives. Virginia Pay Range: $35 USD – $55 USD.
