What You Will Do:

As a Field Service Technician supporting the Neptune device, your key responsibilities include:

  1. Traveling between hospitals for service requests.
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving product and customer issues.
  3. Building positive relationships with customers, peers, and internal partners.
  4. Documenting service results to maintain accurate quality records.

This role is fast-paced and requires problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to travel most weekdays. It offers a foundation for career paths in engineering, project management, sales, and leadership.

  • Bio-medical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to company software.
  • Ability to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures.
  • Adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good record.
Education/Special Training Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • University or technical training preferred.
