What You Will Do:
As a Field Service Technician supporting the Neptune device, your key responsibilities include:
- Traveling between hospitals for service requests.
- Troubleshooting and resolving product and customer issues.
- Building positive relationships with customers, peers, and internal partners.
- Documenting service results to maintain accurate quality records.
This role is fast-paced and requires problem-solving skills, strong communication, and the ability to travel most weekdays. It offers a foundation for career paths in engineering, project management, sales, and leadership.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Qualifications/Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of technical service or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bio-medical equipment maintenance, repair, and installation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to company software.
- Ability to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures.
- Adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies.
- Valid driver’s license with a good record.
Education/Special Training Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- University or technical training preferred.
