DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician who will service and repair a variety of light industrial equipment for retailers.

You will travel within a 3-hour radius of your market and occasional overnight stays, providing preventative maintenance and reactive service while ensuring minimal downtime for customers. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, safe tool usage, and clear communication with store personnel and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and provide a solution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
