DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to perform preventive maintenance and reactive service on paint shakers and other light industrial equipment across the region.

The role covers Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado, with overnight travel averaging 2-4 days per week. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and communicate with customers.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and use MS Office/call management software.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurance.

We service and maintain a variety of paint shakers, tinters, mobility carts, check-out stands, mobile storage systems, cutters and other light industrial equipment. With over 28 years of experience and, with full certified technicians, we provide our customers with support and repair solutions designed to extend the life of their equipment, reducing down time and minimizing the impact of your bottom line.

As a part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role performing preventative maintenance and reactive service repair on paint and electromechanical equipment at big box retailers. This will include servicing stores in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado and will also require travel overnight on average of 2-4 days per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then providing a solution
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment
• Ability to read schematics
• Acceptable Driving Record

JOB COMPETENCES/EDUCATION/

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum two years of equipment repair experience or combination of training and experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read and understand schematics
• Use computer applications including Microsoft office and call management software
• Know and understand safety regulations required as it relates to equipment repair
• Strong organization skills; self-motivated and detail oriented
• Valid driver's license and good driving record along with proof of insurance
• Satisfactory background check is required
• Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, and a positive attitude
• Written, verbal and electronic communication skills
• Other duties as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position will require you to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to stand, bend, and drive for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights of more than 6 ft.
