Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least two years of professional experience in a mechanical background.
• Experience working on ambulances or mobile healthcare units (preferred).
• Comfortable working directly with customers in the field.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical faults on mobile unit power systems at customer sites.
• Read prints and manuals to verify material specs and dimensions for fabrication repairs.
• Use welding and fastening equipment to install and align components.
• Maintain clean, well-documented maintenance records after each job.
• Coordinate with distribution and engineering teams to source parts and address recurring issues.
• Mentor a junior technician through complex diagnostics (Mobile Service Technician III+).
• Suggest process improvements based on field observations.
